Hi, I’m Luke Wolsko, and I grew up in Boulder, Colorado.
I’m a storyteller currently studying Film and Television with a minor in the Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology at NYU. I’ve spent years refining my craft, experimenting with everything from live action to animation, and constantly searching for new ways to engage audiences through story. My films have been screened at festivals, and I’ve directed and produced projects like The Jealous Boyfriend and A Man Under the Bed, where I managed everything from fundraising to coordinating production and directing.
Beyond my academic work, I’ve gained hands-on industry experience through internships in casting, film production, and digital media. I’ve worked with companies like JV8 Casting, Metalwork Pictures, and Factory 25, where I contributed to script coverage, social media, and production logistics. As an animator, I’ve collaborated with Caveh Zahedi, contributing hand-drawn and Photoshop animation to an upcoming documentary feature.
For me, storytelling is the core of everything I do. Whether it’s through film, animation, or any other medium, I’m constantly driven to tell stories that resonate, challenge, and connect with audiences. I’m always looking for new ways to push the boundaries of how stories are told, using whatever tools and platforms are at my disposal.
